Monroe’s Premier CrossFit Facility

Ever been hesitant to try CrossFit because you worried it might too tough? CrossFit has this reputation of being intimidating – and that reputation is just not deserved! We’ll prove that to you at CrossFit TriTown.

The cool thing about CrossFit is that literally anyone can do it. You don’t need to be a meathead gym rat to do these exercises. Every single workout we do is scalable to your level. We have retirees, moms and dads, busy professionals, people with disabilities and injuries and, of course, elite athletes, all accomplishing amazing things with us!

We’re a 100% judgement-free zone. One thing that sets CrossFit TriTown apart is our gym culture. We pride ourselves on our supportive community and the overall friendliness of our gym. Our coaches will never make you feel like a "noob." In fact, bringing new members into the fold of CrossFit is their very favorite thing to do!

Come on in and check us out. We can’t wait to meet you!

Three months from now, you’ll thank yourself.

Ready. Set. GO!

Our Facility

CrossFit TriTown’s 6,000-square-foot facility in Monroe is where athletes (or aspiring athletes) like you enjoy the best hour of their day. We’re stocked with all state-of-the-art Rogue equipment, and plenty of it, so you never waste your workout time waiting for a machine or bar. When the weather is nice, we keep our two big bay doors open so you get a great breeze and the feeling of working out in nature (not only good for your temperature, but great for your mind, as well). Clean, organized, and bursting with positive vibes, CrossFit TriTown is where your dreams come true.

  • Coming to CrossFit was intimidating only because of my preconceived notions (which were wrong). The moment I walked into CrossFit TriTown, I felt like I belonged there. There was no reason for intimidation. CrossFit TriTown has empowered me to be that better version of me.

  • At first I was a little nervous about the group aspect because I wasn’t sure if I’d be judged for not being able to keep up, but it was the exact opposite. When people are standing next to you, all doubt seems to fade and you think, "Yeah, you know what, I can!" One year down. Many more to come.

  • The WOD has gone from being the most dreaded part of my day to the best part of my day! My family sometimes has a hard time locating me in public places because they don’t recognize me (true story!). This year I am turning 50, and I am without question in the very best shape of my life.
