My Fitness Pal Challenge!
We all know the impact that exercise has on the progress toward meeting goals. Combining exercise with a healthy diet is proven to improve both physical and psychological well-being, all part of maintaining a happy and healthy life both in and out of the gym.
Be part of our MyFitnessPal Challenge!!!
What it is:
- A free and easy tool used to track food and activity on a daily basis
- A method to help you understand your eating habits as well as where changes can be made to help you make healthier choices
- A fun 5 week challenge with our CrossFit Tritown community, including a $$$ prize!
- An opportunity to talk with some of our CF coaches and get feedback and suggestions on how to overcome specific personal challenges that may be preventing you from meeting your goals
- A way to help you set and monitor your fitness goals and maintain healthier, sustainable lifestyle changes
What it is not:
- A time limited “diet” program
- A prescriptive program that prohibits food/food groups or requires you to follow specific recipes or meal plans
- A weight loss challenge
- A giant plate of cheesy nachos ☺
