My Fitness Pal Challenge!

We all know the impact that exercise has on the progress toward meeting goals. Combining exercise with a healthy diet is proven to improve both physical and psychological well-being, all part of maintaining a happy and healthy life both in and out of the gym.

Whether you want to lose weight, get healthy or just learn more about your eating habits, we want to provide you the tools, support and motivation you need to succeed!

Be part of our MyFitnessPal Challenge!!!

What it is:

  • A free and easy tool used to track food and activity on a daily basis
  • A method to help you understand your eating habits as well as where changes can be made to help you make healthier choices
  • A fun 5 week challenge with our CrossFit Tritown community, including a $$$ prize!
  • An opportunity to talk with some of our CF coaches and get feedback and suggestions on how to overcome specific personal challenges that may be preventing you from meeting your goals
  • A way to help you set and monitor your fitness goals and maintain healthier, sustainable lifestyle changes

What it is not:

  • A time limited “diet” program
  • A prescriptive program that prohibits food/food groups or requires you to follow specific recipes or meal plans
  • A weight loss challenge
  • A giant plate of cheesy nachos ☺
