WeightLifting Technique of the Week- Push Jerk

Hey Fellow CrossFitters!

This weeks Weightlifting technique video focuses on the Push Jerk. A very common flaw is dipping too far down sending the hips back and the chest forward which ends up driving the bar way out in front of you. Next time focus on only dipping a couple of inches, keeping the back vertical, and keeping the elbows and chest nice and tall!
